Delivery Policy

Products are delivered by courier and require a signature. Quick Toner CANNOT deliver to Post Office Boxes unless the optional extra deliver charge is paid. All goods will be delivered to the address that the purchaser enters so please ensure that it is correct. If you are not available to receipt the goods the delivery will be left without signature and you, the purchaser, accept all responsibility for those goods once delivered. Quick Toner will not accept responsibility for any goods missing or stolen when those goods are delivered without a receipt signature. Most goods are delivered by next business day to major capital cities and major regional areas. Other country areas may take 2 -3 business days for delivery including Darwin / N.T and all areas of Tasmania. Sometimes stock is not available immediately. If that is the case Quick Toner contact you via email and inform you of the expected delivery date. If cartridges are undeliverable and returned to our warehouse, any refund will be attract a goods returned charge of $20.00 ( our cost of having goods returned by courier). The original freight charges are not refunded.

Freight Charges

Quick Toner has a standard freight charge is $9.95 including GST to all areas of Australia. Delivery to Post office boxes is $19.25 including GST. If an order is cancelled after goods have been shipped but before they have been received by the purchaser, any refunds will be minus the freight charged. Any returns or warranty claims credits and /or refunds WILL NOT include a refund or credit for the original freight.

Shortages, incorrect goods and damages.

Any claims for shortages, incorrect goods and damages must be made within three business days of delivery of the goods. If you need to make a claim please email us on orders@quicktoner.com.au with a description of the problem. We will send you a Return Authorisation (R.A) Form. No claims for shortages, damage or incorrect goods will be processed without an R.A number. Please note that Quick Toner reserves the right to replace one brand of compatible cartridge with another at our discretion. This in no way effects the warranty or the quality of the provided product. Quick Toner will never replace an OEM (original) product with a compatible product.

Warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All products supplied by Quick Toner are backed by a full manufacturers warranty. This warranty is one year unless otherwise stated

As a supplier of quality products, Quick Toner can only credit or replace product returned as faulty upon confirmation of a fault and respective credit or replacement of that product by the manufacturer.

Quick Toner cannot process credits for faulty goods in good faith. We have provided customers in the past in good faith with replacement cartridges. Unfortunately some customers have choosen to not return their faulty cartridge to us (meaning we cannot receive a credit for the faulty cartridge ourselves) or when the cartridge has been returned it has been found to be not faulty and in two cases simply empty. When contacted these customers would not pay for the new cartridge when we had sent it in good faith.

The quickest way to receive a replacement cartridge and / or credit is to contact us for a return authorisation form. If you need the cartridge urgently, order one from our website. When the returns proces has been completed on your faulty printer cartridge, and it is found to be faulty, we will immediately refund your initial purchase.

Please note that the policies of many manufacturers covering warranty of goods may result in a delay of processing of credits and replacements. To enable credit or replacement of product for faulty printer consumables, the following is required:

THE COST OF RETURN OF ANY PRODUCTS FOR WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. WARRANTY CLAIM PRODUCTS WILL NEED TO BE RETURN FOR VERIFICATION BY THE MANUFACTURER.

No Fault Returns.

Please note that all goods returned at no fault of Quick Toner (excluding faulty products), will incur a 20% restocking fee plus an admin fee of $5.00 per item. Goods will only be accepted with a Quick Toner R.A number. Whilst Quick Toner will always make every effort to take back any unopened product, Quick Toner reserves the right to reject ‘no fault’ returns. 'No fault' returns will only be accepted within three months of the original purchase date. Examples of returns that would be rejected are obscure cartridges, out of date product and goods not sold by Quick Toner originally.

Trademarks.

All Trademarks referenced are the property of their respective holders.

Errors and corrections.

Quick Toner reserves the right to correct and change pricing and product information that is incorrect. From time to time specific cartridges and codesare changed by the manufacturers. Quick Toner reserves the right to ship the equivilant cartridges if product coding has changed. Whilst Quick Toner endevours to ensure that the information provided is correct, it remains the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the product they purchase is the correct one for their machine. All images used on this website are for illustrative purposes only. They do not necessarily represent the exact item that is delivered.

Quick Toner will never sell your information to a third party. We only uses your information to delivery your goods, contact you regarding your order and from time to time send out promotions and marketing material. Should you not wish to receive this marketing information you can opt out.
